UOZ-1 Wildlife Protection System
Wildlife-train collisions remain a significant challenge for railway networks worldwide.
UOZ-1 is an active wildlife warning system developed by NEEL to reduce the risk of collisions while minimising unnecessary impact on wildlife. The system has been deployed on operational railway lines for more than twenty years and has been presented in numerous scientific and industry publications.
