“NEEL” Ltd. – the winner of the award Symbols 2012

On 26 November 2012, the NEEL company was awarded the title of Symbol 2012 in the Railway Technology category.

The award ceremony was held during a gala in the Silesian Theatre in Katowice.

This was the second edition of the Symbols plebiscite conducted by the Market Monitor [“Monitor Rynkowy”] in the Legal Journal [“Dziennik Gazeta Prawna”]. Awards were presented by the Market Monitor Editor Jakub Lisiecki. Among the guests besides the winners were, among others, Jury members: Henryk Warkocz – President of TÜV Nord Poland, Tadeusz Biedzki – businessman , media expert as well as writer and traveller, and Joanna Drzazga – editor of the Market Monitor. There were also representatives of local government and the business world.

As a result of market analysis and data collection there was made the initial verification of companies that most deserved the title of the Symbol. The final decisions were made by a specially appointed Jury, composed of – besides those already included – professor Robert Tomanek – Vice-Rector of the University of Economics in Katowice and Dr. Jan Rzymełka – a long-time Member of Parliament, a scientist, and social activist.

The Symbol is a nationwide promotional program led by the editors of the Market Monitor in the Legal Journal. Its purpose is to identify and reward the entities whose activity stands out from others in the industry, in this case operating in the rail industry.

Plebiscite is once again building the companies' image against the background of the Polish economy based on the most representative aspects of their activities.

“We are very proud of the award. It reinforces our belief that we have chosen the right direction in the approach to our business” said CEO Mark Stolarski receiving the award.
